Cantina & Pisco Bar
Cantina & Pisco Bar is a casual, high-energy space adjacent to POPULAR by Chef Diego Muñoz. It offers a vast selection of Peru’s beloved spirit, Pisco, a sultry and aromatic grape brandy that shines in crowd-pleasing cocktails like the POPULAR Pisco Sour. The bar’s version uses a pisco made from the Quebranta variety, known as the “Macho” grape for its strength. Chef Diego uses market-fresh, local ingredients in all of his cocktails.
