Pilipiña Maldita
Ingredients
.25oz Calamansi (*can use lime juice as alternative*) honey syrup (1:1 Pick & Squeeze)
.25ozl Pineapple Juice (Dole)
1.5oz Coconut Water (Tropicana)
1pi Cayenne Pepper

Directions
Dry shake, Pour Highball (crushed ice), then top with
.25oz Ginger Ale (or ginger beer) and garnish with a long pineapple leaf (or a ginger spear)

Ingredients
Don Papa, clarified pineapple, Thai basil, lime
1 oz Don Papa
2 oz Thai basil-infused clarified pineapple
.20 oz lime

Directions
Shaken, chilled coupe.Garnish with Thai basil leaf.
