For Cinco de Mayo (Sunday, May 5th) Casa Bond is an ideal destination to celebrate the holiday. Situated in the heart of NoHo, the property offers a refined Mexican dining experience complemented by exceptional cocktails and an ambiance reminiscent of Tulum’s vibrant energy.

Casa Bond is recognized among New York‘s top restaurants and serves elevated cuisine. For Cinco de Mayo, the venue is embracing tradition with a menu of classic, casual Mexican dishes synonymous with the holiday.

On the 5th, Casa Bond will offer a specially curated menu of Botanas, authentic Mexican snacks and small plates meant to be enjoyed with family and friends. A live Mariachi bandraffles, and giveaways will add to the festive atmosphere.

Botana menu highlights include, but are not limited to:

  • Guacamole Para Taquear: Hass avocado, red onions, serrano peppers, cilantro, lime juice, pork belly, and salsa tatemada, served with tortilla chips
  • Vuelve a la Vida: shrimp, octopus, east coast oysters, avocado, and homemade cocktail sauce, served with crispy heirloom corn tostadas
  • Tacos Platter (10 tacos) features a selection of three types of tacos:

o   Dorados: crispy corn tortilla, filled with queso fresco, epazote, crema fresca, cabbage, cotija cheese, and salsa verde

o   Baja Fish: Mahi Mahi, jicama, cucumber, mango coleslaw, and habanera aioli

o   Carnitas: slow-braised pork shoulder, pico de gallo, and salsa verde

To complement the traditional cuisine, Casa Bond will offer a Cinco de Mayo Margarita Menu crafted by Beverage Director-Managing Partner, Luis Villanueva. From classic to innovative, there will be a cocktail to suit every taste preference, with options such as fruity, classic, spicy, and skinny.
