Comodo at the Freehand New York invites foodies to experience the “Brasil em Sabores” with their dinner series Estaciones.
The new concept invites restaurants to take over their kitchen to showcase a guest chef’s take on the season through local flair and flavors.

Origem Chefs Fabricio Lemos and Lisiane Arouca

Comodo will kick off fall with a kitchen takeover October 16th to 21st. An all-day menu will be available full of hits by Chef Fabricio Lemos and Lisiane Arouca from Origem, bringing Salvador, Bahia to the city.

Guests can start off their meal with flavors straight from Brazil with paozino delcia and fresh tuna native to the Bahia region. Enjoy octopus baiao do dios and finish off with sweet Oliveira dark chocolate and brazil nut custard.
