As we move into the colder winter months, here are some cozy scotch cocktails from Laphroaig. Whatever flavor profile you prefer, there’s something for everyone, The cocktail recipes below are also perfect for batching for holiday parties.

Laphroaig Season Of Spice

1½ parts Laphroaig Select
¾ part Passion Fruit Liqueur
¾ part Orgeat
½ part Lime Juice
Sichuan Chili Oil (to taste)
Dehydrated Lime Wheel (optional)

Instructions:
Combine Laphroaig, passionfruit, orgeat, lime and bitters in a shaking tin with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
Add drops of Sichuan chili oil to your desired spiciness.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

Laphroaig Lonestar

2 parts Laphroaig Select
1 part Pedro Ximenez Sherry
3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Lemon Twist (Garnish)
Cherry on Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into rocks glass with ice.
Express lemon peel onto the top of the glass.
Garnish with the rosemary/cherry, serve and enjoy!

Laphroaig Roasty Toasty

1½ parts @Laphroaig Select
1 part Creme de Cacao
½ part Maple Syrup
1 part Heavy Cream
4 drops Cocoa Bitters
½ tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Toasted Marshmallow

Instructions:
Combine Laphroaig Select, cream, creme de cacao, bitters with ice.
Shake then double strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Top with a toasted marshmallow and sprinkle cocoa powder over top.
Serve and enjoy.

Laphroaig Islay Have Another

Ingredients
1½ parts Laphroiag Select
½ part AppleJack
¾ parts Banana Liqueur
¼ part Honey Syrup
3 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters (optional)
Baked Pumpkin Spice Apple

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F, cut the apple into slices and lay them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and pumpkin spice, and bake for 5-10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients except for the baked apple into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with the apple slice, serve and enjoy!
