This year’s Dine Out Lauderdale line-up includes such notable newcomers as Fort Lauderdale’s Cibo Wine Bar, with authentic Italian cooking and The Wreck Bar at the newly renovated B Ocean Resort, featuring massive aquariums, porthole views of the main pool and décor resembling a ships interior. Two other new additions include The Cook & The Cork in Coral Springs, which offers an eclectic menu, while Hallandale Beach’s Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails’ seafood-centric menu comes with ocean views. Hollywood newcomers include new-style Japanese restaurant Kuro at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with contemporary artisanal dishes using both locally sourced and imported ingredients directly from Japan, dockside seafood and steak eatery GG’s Waterfront Bar & Grill and, at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, JWB Prime Steak and Seafood with spear-caught fish and prime steaks.
