For the first time ever, beginning on April 10th, Santa Monica’s exclusive Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows’ farm-to-table FIG Restaurant is unveiling its first ever collaboration with the famous food influencer, culinary sensation and New York Times #1 Best Selling cookbook author, Tieghan Gerard, known for her wildly popular and celeb loved food brand Half Baked Harvest.

The month-long (April 10th to May10th) collaborative menu series features a selection of Half Baked Harvest’s most popular comfort food dishes.

They are created exclusively with a signature spin for this limited edition menu with locally sourced seasonal ingredients from the Santa Monica Farmers Market, located just two blocks from the hotel. See the menu here!

Diners, hotel guests and Half Baked Harvest fans will now be able to indulge in a Half Baked Harvest recipe in person with a memorable dining experience at FIG and delight in the specially curated menu showcasing the culinary creations.
