Fall And Thanksgiving Cocktails from 1800 Tequila

Whether celebrating National Happy Hour Day, Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving, cocktail drinkers will be looking for tasty fall libations while kicking off the holiday season.  Although tequila is typically perceived as a warm weather spirit, 1800 Tequila has created seasonally-appropriate cocktails – with Silver, Reposado, Añejo and Cristalino – ideal for transitional months.

1800 Spiced Paloma (above)

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • ¾ oz. grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. cinnamon syrup

Directions: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with seltzer.

1800 Autumn Cider

  • 2 oz. 1800 Reposado
  • 3 oz. apple cider
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. cinnamon syrup

Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.

1800 Calabaza Cobbler

  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Añejo
  • ½ oz. pumpkin butter
  • ½ oz. orange juice
  • ¼ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. cinnamon syrup

Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain over ice.

1800 Jalisco Mule 

  • 2 oz. 1800 Cristalino
  • ¾ oz. ginger syrup
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Allspice Dram
  • Splash of seltzer

Directions: Add all ingredients except seltzer to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with seltzer.
