La Pulperia in Hell’s Kitchen provides diners with fun, innovative Latin American cuisine and cocktails, showcasing renditions of familiar dishes infused with cross-cultural flair. ~~~aRoqa, Chelsea’s Michelin-recognized Indian restaurant that specializes in small plates with fanciful presentation has launched a new cocktail menu from Beverage Director Prasad Pawar, just in time for Father’s Day.
Additionally, for brunch-goers, the restaurant has added healthier optionslike Ragi, or “finger millets,” with ragi flour, lentils, rice crepes served with sambhar “lentil and tomato soup,” with a side of coconut kaffir lime chutney and sundried tomato chutney; and Khichdi —a gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy free option— made with whole millet, lentil and rice tempered with crispy brown onions and side of cilantro chutney and plain yogurt. For dads to pair with these and other signature brunch or dinner items from aRoqa’s menus, highlights from Prasad Pawar’s newIndian-inspired cocktails include: Bombay Gateway, gin-infused with Kaffir lime and lemongrass, lime juice, egg white, and simple syrup; Indian Sunset, vodka with rum, mango passion fruit purée, lemon juice, and a rose hibiscus syrup; and The Inferno, with Lemon Heart Spiced Rum, fresh carrot juice, ginger juice, and ginger cinnamon syrup.

Slava, a high-end modern Ukrainian restaurant and cocktail bar in SoHo, was conceptualized by partners Nazar HrabTravis Odegard, Matt Sylvester, and Josh Spiezle not only for Ukrainians but for the New York dining scene.
Since its opening in November 2022, Slava has found its footing under Chef Pavlo “Pasha” Servetnyk who joined the team in January 2023. Nazar hired Chef Pasha after discovering his impressive resume: He won Ukraine’s MasterChef: The Professionals in 2019, and held internships at world renowned, three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain and two-Michelin-starred Gaggan Anand in Bangkok, Thailand.
To pair with Chef Pavlo’s brunch or dinner menus, owner and Beverage Director Nazar Hrab has curated a global wine list with a selection of rare, allocated wines that are available at just a few auctions each year as its base, including Domaine de la Romanee-Conti Corton Grand Cru 2017 and Antinori Tignanello 2019.
Additionally, dad can enjoy on standout cocktails such as: Slava Apple-tini, vodka, melon liqueur, apple, and lime; and Raspberry Martini, vodka, raspberry, lemon. There is also a series of Vodka Infusions, ingredients like horseradish and honey, beets, and cherry infused in vodka for up to 20 days, available as individual shots, flights of three, and 20-ounce bottles for the table.
