Flavorful Fall Cocktails to Enjoy This Season

As the leaves begin to change and the cool crisp weather settles in, it’s time to put on your softest sweater and warm up with a cozy cocktail. NYC Mixologist Ben Rojo (Angel’s Share, Black Emperor) has created three perfectly Fall libations made with Don Papa Rum, the super-premium small batch rum from the Philippines, that are sure to get you ready for the best season of the year.

The cocktails below are made with the season’s “it” flavors including pumpkin spice, apple, and cinnamon.

GARDEN VARIETY (above)

1 1⁄2 oz Don Papa Rum

3 oz Chai concentrate

3 oz Water

3 drops Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Dollop of Whip Cream x sprinkle of cinnamon

Serve with Stroop Waffle

APPLES TO APPLES

1 1⁄2 oz Don Papa Rum

1 oz apple juice

1/2 oz spiced maple syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz egg white

PAPA WASSAIL

1 1⁄2 oz Don Papa Rum

3oz Apple Cider

1/2 oz Cherry Stomp (concentrated Cherry Juice)

1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup*

Garnish with Cinnamon stick

Serve with Stroopwafel

*Simple Syrup with Cinnamon: made by boiling water with cinnamon sticks then combining equal parts sugar and water stirred creating a simple syrup
