Memorial Day Weekend Cocktails From Smirnoff Red, White & Berry

COCKTAIL RECIPES: 

Red, White & Berry Gelatin Shooters:

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Smirnoff Red, White & Berry flavored spirit
  • 1 (3-ounce) package gelatin, strawberry or blue raspberry
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Mixed berries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until boiling.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a bowl containing your gelatin powder and whisk the mixture until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup cold water and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour in the vodka and whisk until thoroughly blended.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture into plastic shot cups.

Refrigerate the gelatin shots for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours until they are firm, then serve. Top with whipped cream and mixed berries (optional). Store any leftover shots in the refrigerator.

Very Berry Smash:

  • 1.5 ounces Red, White & Berry flavored spirit
  • ¼ cup fresh berries: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and cherries
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • 2 ounces Smirnoff Ice Red, White & Berry ICE
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions: Add flavored spirit, berries, and a few sprigs of mint to the bottom of a glass. Muddle to combine. Add ice to the glass. Top with club soda and Smirnoff ICE. Stir to combine. Garnish with mint and extra berries.
