Next Tuesday, January 30Avaline, the transparently-produced wine brand founded by Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power, will launch its newest wine: Sparkling Rose, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

As with all Avaline wines, this Sparkling Rose will be organically produced, vegan friendly and free from added sugar, artificial colors and concentrates, but what sets this wine apart though is the producer. The brand partnered with Pedregosa, an organic, biodynamic, and dry-farmed producer based in Sant Sadurni, Spain. Sustainability is Pedregosa’s focus, with 70% of all electricity offset by solar panels, electric forklifts, and charging stations.

Avaline Sparkling Rose (SRP: $35): Subtly pink with a slightly orange hue, this is a light, fruit-driven wine with a bright palate. Raspberry aromas complement citrus and orange oil notes, and a lower acidity leads to a lengthy finish.

This sparkling wine is made in the traditional Cava method, and is aged for 15+ months, vs. the typical 9. This wine will launch on January 30, giving fans a new wine to love this Valentine’s Day. It will only be available here through 2024.
