On Monday, July 24th, the ROOF at Park South, one of New York City’s most celebrated rooftop venues, is hosting an evening filled with oysterscaviar specials, and rosé—featuring VieVité Rosé and $1 oysters on the half shell.

To relish in these offerings, the ROOF at Park South boasts high-top tables as well as beautifully decorated lounge areas that can be reserved for parties of up to 10 and which includes: the Umbrella Lounge with low-top tables under bright orange umbrellas; the Fireside Lounge; the Flower Area – a private focal point of the space; and the Garden, featuring potted plants and a colorful live wall.

In addition to the VieVité Rosé, guests can sip on refreshing creations for the summer such as: Famous Froze, rosé, Singani 63, raspberry simple syrup, lime; Bee’s Knees, fords gin, honey lavender, lemon; and What She’s Having, Dos Hombres Joven Mezcal, hibiscus pink peppercorn syrup, lime, and fever tree ginger beer.

Located in Rose Hill, nestled between NoMad and Kip’s Bay, ROOF at Park South has been consistently named among the top rooftop bars in New York City. Atop the Park South Hotel, the large space features a beautifully designed bar, picturesque views of the Chrysler Building, and unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline.

It has been refreshed for the season, outfitted with new furnishings to fill the stylish nooks and lounge areas for guests to enjoy an exciting new menu of shared plates by James Beard Award-nominated Chef Bryce Shuman along with showstopping and spirit forward cocktails.

ROOF at Park South plays host to an array of creative and unique programming events expertly curated by Operators TH/RST Group throughout the spring and summer months.

Reservations can be made via OpenTable with the evening commencing at 5 pm.
