Prepare For Day of The Dead With Espolon Tequila Cocktails

With Day of the Dead coming up here’s a cocktail to join the celebration. Espolón Tequila is at the heart of this Mexican holiday. Made of 100% Blue Webber agave this tequila is available in Blanco Reposado, y Añejo.

Espolòn Paloma

  • 1 oz Espolòn Blanco  
  • .75 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Chili Liqueur  
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice  
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice  
  • .5 oz agave syrup  
  • 3 dashes Habanero/Hellfire Bitters  
  • grapefruit soda water (Bubly, LaCroix, etc) 

 Directions

  1. Prepare your Collins glass with a chili salt rim. Add ice to glass.  
  2. Combine all ingredients except soda in a tin, add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass and top with grapefruit soda.
  3. Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice and lime wheel.
