The Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre at Palladium Hotel Group’s TRS Coral Hotel has attracted thousands of players to its world-class facilities since its opening in March 2019.

Three years ago, Rafa visited the complex accompanied by Palladium Hotel Group President Abel Matutues Prats, where they toured the centre’s eight tennis courts (four indoor and four outdoor), soccer field, paddle tennis court, sports store, and bar-cafeteria. The complex also features a museum displaying Nadal memorabilia and replicas of his many trophies; the museum has become a pilgrimage site for tennis lovers worldwide.

To celebrate the third anniversary of the RNTC, TRS Coral Hotel hosted an onsite clinic featuring live music and souvenirs for attendees to coincide with the 29th annual Abierto Mexicano (Mexican Tennis Open) in Acapulco. At the RNTC stand located at the tournament, fans will be able to enjoy raffles, activities, and special guests.

The opening of the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre, located across Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and TRS Coral Hotel, introduced a new line of sports centers based on the expert training methodology from the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar in Manacor. The lush natural enclave of Costa Mujeres is the perfect setting for travelers and tennis fans, who can disconnect in an underexplored Mexico destination while improving their technique. Aficionados have coined the centre, “The New Tennis Paradise.”

Locals can also enjoy the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre’s large offering of education and training programs, which includes courses for adults, teens and children for all difficulty levels, and range from private classes, to a week-long program, to a three-day tennis workshop, to name just a few options.
