Daab Chingri

Indian food may be a departure for some, and if you’re part of this group Sapphire can serve as your best introduction. The authentic cuisine is prepared with care by​ new​ Executive Chef Sachin Wagh ​who has elevated the traditional menu by upgrading the​ fresh​ ingredients, and grinding spices daily on premises.​ The incomparable flavors​ are sure to make you a fan.

Shrimp Balchao

Begin with a selection of appetizers that can include Shrimp Balchao​ (Fiery pan-fried shrimp, onion-chili masala​), Lasuni Gobi ​(Cauliflower florets batter-fried, garlic sauce​)​ ​or​ Chatpata Poori ​(​Mini whole wheat puffs, diced potatoes, chickpeas, yogurt, mint/tamarind sauces​)​.

Lamb chops
