Casio America, Inc. has just introduced a new vintage timepiece, the A100WE-1AVT. Inspired by Casio’s first digital resin case model that was originally released in 1978, this new watch boasts a unisex design and stylish, retro gadget feel.

Although the new A100WE-1AVT is modeled after the original F-100 digital timepiece, its design was updated for this more modern version while retaining the distinctive four metallic front button design of the original. The new model comes in a stainless-steel band and a nickel-free plated case for a more refined look. Along with Casio’s signature metal elements, its band features a slide-type clasp that lets users easily adjust the band length without special tools.

Additional features include a calendar and stopwatch, along with everyday wear water resistance and LED light illumination for easy reading in the dark. The A100WE-1AVT ($54.95) features a silver stainless-steel band. Additional colorways include the A100WEG-9AVT ($74.95) featuring a gold IP band and the A100WEGG-1AVT ($74.95) featuring a grey IP band. All three models will be available for purchase at the beginning of September at Casio.com.
