 1800 Twisted Paloma (above)

  • 2 oz. 1800 Coconut
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Grapefruit
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 coins fresh ginger

Directions: Muddle ginger in a shaker tin, then add tequila and lime juice and shake over ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with Jarritos. Garnish with pink grapefruit and candied ginger.

1800 Tequila Fruit Punch

  • 2 oz. 1800 Coconut
  • 3 oz. Jarritos Fruit Punch
  • ½ oz. fresh orange juice
  • ½ oz. pineapple juice

Directions: Build in a hurricane glass and mix gently to incorporate. Add cubed or crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and edible flowers.

 

1800 Lime-a-Rita

  • 2 oz. 1800 Coconut
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Lime
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cucumber wheels
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

Directions: Gently muddle cucumber and mint in a cocktail shaker, then add tequila and lemon juice and shake over ice. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and top with Jarritos. Garnish with thin cucumber wheels and fresh mint.

 

1800 Coconut Cream 

  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Reposado
  • 3 oz. Jarritos MXCN Cola
  • 2 oz. cold brew coffee
  • ½ oz. sweetened coconut cream

Directions: Build all ingredients in a tumbler with ice, stirring gently to incorporate. Garnish with coffee beans and coconut.

 

1800 Spicy Mango

  • 2 oz. 1800 Reposado
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Mango
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • Dash of hot sauce

Directions: Build all ingredients in a pint glass with ice, stirring gently to incorporate. Garnish with a Tajín chili rim and a lime wedge.

1800 Mandarin Sunrise

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • 3 oz. Jarritos Mandarin
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz. pomegranate grenadine

Directions: Build all ingredients in a large snifter with ice, stirring gently to incorporate. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an orange slice.

1800 Watermelon Cooler

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Watermelon
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. cream

Directions: Build all ingredients in a soda fountain glass with crushed ice, stirring gently to incorporate. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a fresh cilantro sprig.

1800 Strawberry Fizz

  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Silver
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Strawberry
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. sparkling wine
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Dash simple syrup (to taste)

 

Directions: Build all ingredients in a wine glass with ice, stirring gently to incorporate. Garnish with a brown sugar rim and a strawberry slice.

1800 Piña Paloma

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Pineapple
  • ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice

Directions: Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir gently to incorporate. Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple leaves, and an optional salted rim.

1800 Guava Dreams

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Guava
  • 1 oz. coconut cream
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice

Directions: Shake tequila, coconut cream and fresh lime juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Top with Jarritos and garnish with a lime wheel.

1800 Jammin’ Jamaica Mojito 

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Jamaica
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz. simple syrup
  • 6-8 leaves of fresh mint

Directions: Muddle mint in simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add tequila and lime juice, and shake over ice. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass and top with Jarritos. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

1800 Tamarindo Tango Margarita

  • 2 oz. 1800 Silver
  • 4 oz. Jarritos Tamarindo
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz. chile de árbol

Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass and garnish with a chile salt rim and lime wheel.
