  • 1oz Patron Roca Silver Tequila
  • 1oz Del Maguey Tobala
  • 1oz Spiced Agave
  • 1oz Persian Lime Juice

SPICE AGAVE RECIPE: Combine Cinnamon Sticks (preferred Mexican Cinnamon), Cardamom, Ginger with Hot Water and allow to create a tea. Strain and blend equal parts Agave and Water until incorporated.

METHOD: Rim old fashioned glass with lime and salt half the rim. Build cocktail into a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

  • 1.5 oz of the infused tequila
  • 0.5 oz of lime juice
  • 0.5 oz of triple sec (can always sub for OJ)
  • 0.75 oz of simple syrup
  • *the sugar gives the drink a bit more of spicy kick; if you want it more mellow use 0.75 oz agave nectar

MILAGRO SILVER JALAPEÑO INFUSED TEQUILA: Cut 4 medium size jalapeños. Make sure you take out the seeds and the vines. Soak the jalapeños in the full bottle of tequila for about 20 minutes, then strain.

METHOD: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Rim a big whisky glass with black Hawaiian sea salt- or Tajin for a spicier version. Pour drink mixture into the glass over ice. Top it off with a splash of club soda and fresh slice of jalapeño.

METHOD: Combine in julep cup half full of crushed ice. Swizzle to chill and top with mound of crushed ice. Garnish and enjoy.

  • 2 oz house-infused cucumber and jalapeño el jimador
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 0.5 oz triple sec
  • Salt and cucumber wheel for garnish

METHOD: Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and salt.

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz peach shrub
  • Simple syrup
  • Mint

METHOD: Muddle mint in a splash of simple syrup. Add bourbon and shrub. Shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice into rocks glass. Garnish with peach slice, mint sprig, and powdered sugar.

  • 2 oz House infused Jalapeno el Jimador Tequila
  • 0.25 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Splash of cranberry juice

METHOD: Mix cocktail contents in a shaker and strain over ice. Top the cocktail with jalapeno slices, salt the rim and garnish with a slice of lime and a jalapeno.

  • 2 oz Bacardi Light
  • 0.25 oz St. Germaine Elder Flower
  • 0.25 oz In-house Simple Syrup
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 4 Slices of Lime

METHOD: Muddle the mint leaves, raspberries, strawberries & lime. Combine, shake and strain in a new glass with ice. Add a dash of sprite or soda water (depending on sweetness). Garnish with lime & mint.

  • 1 oz triple sec

METHOD: Muddle 2 apple slices with fresh lime juice. Shake and serve up with salt rim and Apple slice.
