It is one of the only D.O.C Proseccos made using a unique combination of homemade, natural yeasts – its crisp and light palette makes it perfect for all occasions and has a complete, multi-layered taste. With refreshing tasting notes including citrus blossom, olive, jasmine and lavender, this prosecco is a great addition to your favorite cocktails.

Cotton Coupe

  • 25ml London Dry Gin

  • 10ml Geranium Cordial

  • 2:1* 15ml Hibiscus Reduction

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 100ml Della Vite DOC Top

Shake all ingredients excluding Della Vite prosecco in a shaker with ice. Strain through a small strainer into a coupe glass. Top with chilled Della Vite Prosecco. Garnish with Radicchio leaf.

Venetian / Papavero Spritz

  • 100ml Della Vite Prosecco Treviso DOC

  • 50ml Select Aperitif

Add all ingredients to a wine glass full of cubed ice. Mix briefly and decorate with an edible flower.

Sparkling Mai Tai 

  • 40ml Aged Rum

  • 20ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml Amaretto

  • 20ml Pistachio Orgeat

  • 60ml Della Vite DOC

Fill a wine glass with ice, add all ingredients and mix gently. Decorate with unwaxed lemon zest.

Cucurbit Reale

  • 35ml Cocchi Americano Vermouth

  • 60ml Della Vite DOC

  • 50ml Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon

Add ice to a nice tall glass, pour over ingredients and mix gently. Finish with a slice of cucumber.
