Monument Live Series And ‘Delish AF’ Cocktail Book Seek To Encourage Healthy Relationship With Alcohol

Innovative online treatment company Monument is launching two new initiatives this fall, including Monument Live, an inspiring virtual speaker series, and ‘Delish AF’Delicious Alcohol-Free – a digital book of cocktail recipes. Monument is an affordable, accessible, and research-based online platform and community whose mission is to empower people to get more out of life by drinking less. Co-founded by seasoned entrepreneur Mike Russell, Monument’s vision is a world where a healthy relationship with alcohol is attainable and celebrated by all.

Launched in August, the inspirational event series by Monument covers personal stories from world-renowned actors, athletes, chefs, and reality stars speaking with members about their history with alcohol use. This Wednesday, September 16, Emmy- and four-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality, chef, writer, teacher, and social justice advocate, Andrew Zimmern, will share with the Monument Live community how his sobriety saved his life.

Other upcoming guests include: Emmy Award-winning journalist and best selling author Elizabeth Vargas, who will speak on September 24, television celebrity Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, who will speak on October 21, and iconic baseball player Darryl Strawberry, who will speak on November 19.

With it, incredible things have come to pass,” says upcoming Live guest, Zimmern. “Monument is one of many amazing organizations helping those in need and I am thrilled to align with them for this special event.”

Available this week, Monument is also releasing ‘Delish AF’, a collaboration with 11 prestigious non-alcoholic beverage brands to launch a cadre of recipes, which will also feature illustrations by inspiring female illustrators. Partners include: BrightFox, CLEAN Cause, Curious Elixirs, DRY Soda, Ghia, Grüvi, Kin Euphorics, Lyre’s, Monday, Rock Grace, and Three Spirit. ‘Delish AF’ contains step by step directions, ingredients, and serving recommendations to create the brands’ most popular and beloved non-alcoholic cocktails, including scintillating Watermelon Mojitos, Sparkling Margaritas, the ‘OG’ Gin & Tonic and an unforgettable Negroni.
