Oodaalolly crafted these truffles using premium ingredients and a time-honored technique. Each truffle has a mature and seductive flavor that melts in your mouth. A rich dark mousse enrobed in even darker chocolate in perfect balance with Don Papa Rum’s unmistakable flavor.

Oodaalolly crafted this small-batch, single-origin chocolate using rare ingredients and a refined technique. The taste is unmistakable and memorable, like the Philippines and her people. They soak prize Davao grown trinitario cacao in Don Papa, a rum itself aged seven years in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon.

Whenever, Wherever, Whatever

1.5oz Don Papa 7

3/4oz honey syrup(1:1 Honey/Hot water)

1/4oz lime juice

5 raspberries

Muddle raspberries in a shaker and add ingredients. Shake and double strain into Collins glass. Top with Champagne, spray rose water over the cocktail. Garnish with remaining raspberries.

This cocktail is light and easy to drink on its own but works well with the truffles!

Sweetest Taboo

1.5oz Don Papa 7

3/4oz orange curaçao

2 dashes of Mole Bitters

Add all in mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into Cordial glass. Garnish with an orange peel expressed.

Spirit forward. Silky. This cocktail is on the sweeter side but pairs great with the truffles!

L.L.R. (Let Love Rule)

2oz Don Papa 7

2 strawberries

3/4oz salted caramel syrup (simple syrup made with brown sugar & smoked sea salt)

1/2oz lime juice

2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Muddle strawberries. Add remaining ingredients. Shake double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with sliced strawberry. This cocktail is medium-bodied and pairs well with the dark cacao bark
