Rocket Cocktails:
For Rocket Bar, General Manager Giorgio Riccobono has selected three drinks, which best exemplify A Fish Called Avalon’s Instagramable cocktail program that places a South Beach spin on the classics: Twisted Lychee, Spring 44 Vodka, Lychee Liquor, Rockey’s Botanical and lemon; the Avalon Mule, El Silencio Mezcal, Amarena cherry, lime and ginger beer; 1941, dark rum, Plantation Pineapple Rum, Luxardo Orange, pineapple and almond syrup. Additionally, house bubbles, wines and beers are available.

A Fish Called Avalon, located in the Art deco Avalon Hotel, opened in 1989 in the glory days of Ocean Drive’s Art Deco District and quickly became one of the most identifiable properties on the strip.

After thirty-three years in operation, it has become a popular spot on the beach, offering diners a robust, award winning seafood focused menu from Executive Chef Kal Abdalla.
